Jutta Depner

Culturalist Advisor

Jutta left her native Germany to start her cross-cultural journey as a university student in Japan. She holds an MA in Political Science, Japanese Studies and International Law. She is also a Certified Cross-Cultural Trainer and Accredited Coach (ICF training).

Jutta has worked for leading multi-national corporations as well as German governmental and international trade organizations in Germany, Japan and Hong Kong. Since leaving the corporate world, Jutta spends her time supporting other families and business people on their expat journey.

As a coach and trainer, Jutta approaches the management of change in clients with a scientific grounding. Based on her professional knowledge and personal experience she has a broad understanding to emphasize the pleasures and challenges of cultural change.
